| TIPS FOR CURRENT MEMBERS Carefully read your forms. There are rules and conditions that affect your membership and success in CMI. For manual payments: (Online internet payments and autodrafts are the main payment method. Mail in payments are for emergencies only.) Money order or cashier’s check only. No personal checks. Make them out to CMI. Payment must be accompanied with a Manual Re-order Purchase Form. Fill out the form with at least your name and Member ID or SSN. Select your coin purchase. If we do not have that information, we do not know what to do with your payment. Orders must be received by the 25th to be posted on the 1st. For bank drafts: Changes to your bank draft can be requested by copying the Bank Draft Authorization form, marking the CHANGE box, and filling in your new info. Attach a voided check if you are changing accounts. These change requests must be received by the 14th to be processed on time. If you need to cancel, we must be notified by the 14th. If you need to drop out of CMI, we need to be notified by the 14th. We cannot draft any other day but the 20th for UFP (25th for Masters & UBP). However, if the draft date falls on a holiday or a weekend, we will draft the next business day after that. NSF: If your bank withdrawal bounces, you will be charged a $20 nsf fee. You cannot draft again unless you pay that fee. Regular purchases: One of the foundations of CMI is regular, consistent purchases. The first time you do not make purchase, your commission rolls up to your sponsor. The second time in a row that you do not purchase, you PERMANENTLY lose your syndication to your sponsor. Rejoining CMI: If you have dropped out and have not made any payments in 3 months, your account is archived. To become reactivated, inform your sponsor. Make an online payment, or notify us that you want to restart your bank draft. Once you make a purchase, your account will be active again. However, you cannot pick up where you left off. You have to rebuild your syndication. The cut off date is the 25th of the month for any payment method for all programs. On the 1st of the next month is when we post all payments. LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE IN THE NEXT MONTH’S POSTING. |
