Manual orders are mailed in to make your

We require an order form each and every time
you mail in your purchase. Most importantly, on
the form we need the account name (the name
you used when you joined CMI) and your social
security number . That is how we track all
member's account activity. Money orders without
a form will be returned, unprocessed.

The method of payment is by Money Order or
Cashier's Check. CMI does not accept personal
or business checks, credit card, payments over
the Internet or Western Union. Your coin
purchase is CASH based.
Make your money order out to CMI or the full
name, Concept Marketing International.
The due date that we must RECEIVE your order is
the 25TH of the every month. (Postmarks do NOT
count.) We process payments on the 1st of the
next month. There is no grace day. Payments
arriving on the 25th will be considered 'on time'.
We operate on a business day schedule, Monday
- Friday. If the deadline lands on a Sunday or
Holiday, then your order is due BEFORE that day.
So, remember: on or before the 25th. Arriving
on the 26th is TOO LATE.
You cannot always depend on a single stamp.
Use priority or overnight (and possibly extra
Saturday delivery charges) to get your order here
on time.
Payments received AFTER the cutoff are
considered late and will be processed for the next
cycle. The actual physical order must arrive, we
do not accept faxes.
